A successful mediation will result in a solid contract: GDY Real Estate has contacts with several well established legal departments, to insure the contracts that are offered are tailored to our clients’ requirements.
It is standard procedure in The Netherlands that a landlord asks for proof of regular income. Copies of identity papers are required before a contract can be signed.
You will only be charged for our services when mediation by GDY Real Estate leads to a rental agreement.
One month’s rent is required upon signing the rental agreement, plus VAT (21 %)
The keys are handed over as soon as the contract has been signed and the following payments have been made:
First month’s rent (or part of the first month)
Deposit (usually equals one or two months’ rent)
GDY Housing’s mediation fee + Vat
In the event of non-payment, an official bailiff will collect all the amounts regarding our services. Any extra costs concerning this matter will be charged, with a minimum of € 300, exclusive VAT (21%).
