Terms and Conditions

GDY Housing is a one-stop shop for everything related to Amsterdam real estate.

Our goal is to find a tailor-made solution for our customers and we offer the best service possible. Renting, renting, selling, buying, renovating, furnishing, moving assistance - you name it and we can offer it to you!

Company policy

A successful mediation will result in a permanent contract. GDY Housing liaises with several established legal departments to ensure contracts offered are tailored to our clients' requirements.


It is standard procedure in the Netherlands for a landlord to ask for proof of regular income. Copies of income statements are required before an agreement can be signed.


You will only be charged for our services if mediation by GDY Housing leads to a rental agreement.


Prices:


One month's rent is required upon signing the lease, plus VAT (21%).


The keys will be handed over once the contract has been signed and the following payments have been made:


• First month's rent (or part of the first month).


• Deposit (usually equal to one or two months' rent)


• GDY Housing's mediation costs VAT


In the event of non-payment, an official bailiff will claim all amounts relating to our services. Any additional costs regarding this case will be charged with a minimum of € 300, excluding VAT (21%).
